i-Hear - Hearing Aid App Reviews

Do not waste a penny on this app. They have a free version which I suspect to be just as terrible if not worse. I made all available adjustments without any suitable results. AVOID!!! I have requested a refund, I will be pleasantly surprised if I get my money back....

The free and paid for versions both are worthless. Not worth my time and trouble to technically describe...

Unless Im missing something, this app is a complete scam. I want my $4.99 back.

iHear is a gift from God! My very very expensive hearing aids kicked the bucket and this $4.99 app has returned me to the land of the hearing. Its clear and the level can be adjusted to your own comfort zone. I definitely will recommend to ANYONE!

I have an acoustic neuroma and therefore single sided hearing. Using a mono headset normally works well for me either on my computer or iPhone. ( 6 plus). This app was completely worthless, i can hear the TV better without it. It makes everything louder and more tinny, but I cannot distinguish speech any better, actually it is much worse with the app

This app is a big scam there is no deference between the free app and the $4.99 app. This was a big waste of my money. Do not buy this app

I really like this app cause it makes it to where I can hear sooo much better than without a! There are a few minor bugs but I hate not hearing so much I will deal with a few minor bugs! I dont get notified of a new text messages that I have!

This app works pretty good. Still, I would like to be able to adjust the degree of compression myself & there is about 30-40mS of delay (latency) between sound & what you hear in the earphones. This makes it a bit annoying. If the latency could just be decreased 10-20mS it would be much better.

This is an absolutely worthless product.

I downloaded the Free Version, then upgraded to the full version. I can’t tell the difference. Maybe a little bit of info on the working of the Paid vs Free. No instructions. I know it is only 4.99 but it should be a big improvement over the free version, and it isn’t.

This app saved me $3,995. I did not have to buy hearing aids yet.

The upgrade is not worth the money. I notice no improvement when using the filter. Also the background noise from the electronics is too noticeable

It helped me hear better at a family gathering, but please, please, please fix the mute button so when you turn off mute the volume goes back to the same level. Thank you.

Needs a volume limit, in case someone yells near you. also the filter doesnt work well - lot of background noise still (hum/hiss) and it puts in cracks/pops when i talk.

I downloaded free version which was okay. When I paid for upgrade, there was no difference. What a rip off. Dont waste yoyr money on an upgrade
